Barbara Momsen Wins Five Star Best In Client Satisfaction Award from San Diego Magazine

SAN DIEGO, CA.  March 2, 2010 – Barbara Momsen, agent with RE/MAX Ranch & Beach, was recently recognized by San Diego Magazine readers with the Five Star “Best in Client Satisfaction” award.  San Diego Magazine, who contracted with Crescendo Business Services, an independent market research company, to administer a survey of more than 31,000 San Diego area homebuyers who recently purchased homes, with additional surveys sent to area mortgage and title companies.  The surveyed recipients were asked to evaluate only real estate agents whom they knew through personal experience, and to evaluate them based upon nine criteria:  customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation, and overall satisfaction.

The resulting list is an elite group, representing less than seven percent of the real estate agents and brokers in the San Diego area.
